RATE & POLICY INFORMATION

    Remaining open dates through April 30, 2012
    $228 per night, plus 13.42% Hawaii taxes

    May 1, 2012 through June 23, 2012
    $198 per night, plus 13.42% Hawaii taxes

    June 24, 2012 through September 3, 2012
    $218 per night, plus 13.42% Hawaii taxes

    September 4, 2012 through December 15, 2012
    $198 per night, plus 13.42% Hawaii taxes

    February 1, 2013 through April 16, 2013
    $268 per night, plus 13.42% Hawaii taxes

    Base rate is for 4 persons.  Add $15 per night per extra guest.  
    Kids under age 13 stay free.  Kids over age 12 are considered as adults.

    A 6-night minimum stay is required for these rate to apply.

    For bookings within the next 30 days, for stays of 4 weeks or more or for less than six nights, please call
    or email for rates.  Rates are subject to change without notice. Once booked, rates will not change.

    A deposit of $200 per week is due at time of reservation.  Balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.

    Refund Policy:  The deposit is forfeited unless there's an emergency situation.  If full payment has already been made, then we work to
    rent it and refund you for whatever days we can rent it.

    Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.  

    No pets allowed.  Smoking must be confined to the lanai.
